Personal Bio:
Upon graduation from the U of M, Morgan began working for Tetra Tech, Inc. where he worked with various engineers, both in the local Memphis office and other offices ranging from Florida to Michigan. During this time as an E.I., he got a strong background across multiple disciplines including transportation, structural, and site design. In 2011, he transitioned into the primary design role for transportation and structural projects in the Memphis office and took on more responsibility relative to project milestones and resource allocation. After 6 years with Tetra Tech, he moved to SSR to take a senior transportation role and became the lead transportation design engineer. As luck would have it, circumstances resulted in him shifting his engineering focus back to land development after a few years and he became a go-to guy for site design, specifically for sites with restrictive storm water quality and quantity management concerns. Additionally, he assisted various municipalities with plans reviews and took on more high level planning and managerial responsibilities. In 2018 Morgan left SSR to join Taylor at MSC before starting Rockfield Engineering at the beginning of 2019.
